How To Make Frozen Yogurt Cups

Before beginning, ensure your yogurt is vegan AND gluten free, if necessary. Not all vegan yogurts are gluten free, so check the labels to ensure it fits your diet.

1. Using a spoon, pour the yogurt into the silicone cupcake liners until 3/4″ full.

2. Add raspberries and blueberries to each cup of yogurt. Feel free to make some with only raspberries, only blueberries, and some mixed.

3. Place the yogurt cups on a baking tray and put them in the freezer for a minimum of 2-3 hours for the yogurt to freeze.

Variations for this Vegan and Gluten Free Snack

  • Choose your favorite yogurt. You can use flavored yogurt, greek yogurt, or any other kind! Just ensure it fits your dietary needs.
  • Swap out the berries. Add your favorite berries on top or toppings, such as mini chocolate chips. Strawberries and blackberries also give these yogurt cups a patriotic look.
  • Blend it together. If you’re like me and don’t like plain yogurt with berries on top, blend the yogurt and berries together to create a uniform taste. You may need to add more berries – taste the yogurt after blending and add more berries until it is at your desired taste.
