Method
To your blender, add strawberries, 1 tbsp. agave, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, and 2 tbsp. water. Blend.
Add about 2 tbsp. of the strawberry mixture to each popsicle mold.
Move to the freezer to chill for 45 minutes.
Next, add 2 tbsp. water and 1 tbsp. agave to the Greek yogurt and whisk well to combine.
Add 2 tbsp. of the yogurt mixture to each popsicle mold.
Add your popsicle sticks during this step, placing them in the middle the best you can.
Move to the freezer for another 45 minutes.
Finally, add the blueberries, 1 tbsp. agave, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, and 2 tbsp. water to your blender. Blend until smooth.
Fill the popsicle spaces the remainder of the way with the blueberry mixture and give the popsicle sticks a final straighten.
Freeze the popsicles for 4 hours.
