  • Salt
  • Whipped Cream

How To Make An Easy Gluten Free Pumpkin Pie

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.


Spray your pie dish with nonstick spray.


Allow the pie crust to come closer to room temperature (check the box instructions).


Unroll the crust and place into your dish, pinching the edges for appearance.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.

Pour this mixture into the pie crust and gently shake it to even out the batter in the dish.

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Then, lower the oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake another 35-40 minutes, until the pie is set. It should not be jiggly.
