1cuplemon juiceabout 4-6 lemons

Method
Make a strawberry puree: In a blender or with a quick mash, puree the strawberries until smooth, you can strain, but puree with seeds is fine.
In a jug mix strawberry puree with cold water, sugar and lemon juice
Taste and adjust:- For a stronger strawberry flavor: add more puree.- For more tartness: add a touch more lemon juice.- For sweeter: add a bit more sugar or syrup.
Chill and serve: Add ice and sliced strawberries or lemon wheels for garnish. Optional: top with a splash of sparkling water for a fizzy twist.

Make-ahead tips:
You can prep the strawberry puree (store in the fridge) and the lemon juice (cool) up to 1–2 days in advance.
Combine everything just before serving if you’re making a large batch to keep it fresh.
