  • 3 cups watermelon diced
  • 1 cup feta cheese vegan
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh

Method
