Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt vegan and gluten free
  • 1/4 cup blueberries washed and dried
  • 1/4 cup raspberries washed and dried

Equipment

  • Silicone Cupcake Liners
  • Baking Sheet
  • spoon

Method

  1. -       Using a spoon, pour the yogurt in mini cupcake liners until ¾ full.
  2. -       Add berries to each cup of yogurt.
  3. -       Freeze for a minimum of 2-3 hours.
